  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalized or special-order items.
  • Discounted or clearance products.

3. Refund Policy

  • Cash Purchases: Refunds processed in cash.
  • Credit/Debit Card Purchases: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item.
